How to communicate with your guests

If you need to get in touch with a guest, you can do this through the ‘Reservations’ tab in the Extranet. Just follow these steps:

1.You can select date filters to help you find the booking.

2. Click on the reservation number for a specific reservation, and you’ll be able to write a message under ‘Guest communication’.

3. Click ‘Send to guest’ when you’re done.
