If you don’t accept credit cards, the guest will pay on arrival or departure in your local currency.
If your policies say that a deposit or pre-payment is due in advance, you’ll need to contact the guest to set up payment to your bank account.
To keep this simple and as smooth as possible, it’s best to provide a deadline for payment and inform the guest of this.
If you do accept credit cards, you can charge a deposit or pre-payment to the card the customer booked with. The amount should be the same as the amount stated in the booking conditions.
