How can I change my property address?

Do you need to change the address of your property?

This can be done easily by sending a message. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Click here to access your extranet inbox and select ‘General enquiries’ as the subject.
  2. Include your new address and the reason for the change. Your request will be reviewed by our team and the change will be updated in the system.
  3. When your request has been finalised, you can update it within the ‘Account’ tab in your extranet (found in the top right-hand corner).


It’s important we know about an address change as quickly as possible to avoid incorrect information showing on your page and so that we provide the customer with the correct details.

We’ll review this information to check that there are no discrepancies between your details and what we provide the customer with.
