How can I see how quickly I'm responding to guests' messages?

Your reply score is a percentage that reflects how quickly you respond to messages sent by guests. You can see it on the ‘Home’ and ‘Reservations’ pages in your extranet.

To get your score up to 100%, reply to all messages within 12 hours of receiving them.

The score is based on the last 14 days on which you received a message these days do not need to be consecutive.
