How do I set up my channel manager on

To set up your channel manager, just follow these steps:

  1. Log on to your extranet.
  2. Click on the ‘Account’ icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select ‘Channel manager’ from the drop-down list.
  4. Choose your provider and follow the steps outlined to activate your connection.

If you don't see the ‘Channel manager’ option as described, please contact us and we’ll update your extranet to a version that supports channel manager connections. Once this update is complete, you can follow the steps above.
