How can I add a rate to one or more room types?

If you need to update the rates and availability for any of your room types, you can update this easily via the extranet.

Take a look at the steps below:

1. Go to the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab in the extranet and select your chosen room or unit.

2. Click on ‘Set long dates ranges’ and set a start date, as well as the days you’d like the rate to feature on.

3. You can set an end date in the calendar, or tick the box marked ‘Indefinitely’. Click on ‘Select dates’ to save this information.

4. Click on ‘Adjust price’ and enter a value in ‘Price for this date range:'.

5. Select ‘Save changes’.

6. Repeat these steps for each applicable room type.
