How can I make changes to deposit and pre-payment information?

If you want to make changes to deposits, or how much guests need to pay in advance, here’s what you need to do:

1 Click on the ‘Rates & Availability’ tab in the extranet and select ‘Policies’ to make any changes using the boxes and drop-down menus.

2. Remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
