How do I know if a reservation is confirmed?

When a reservation at your property is made on, it is confirmed immediately and has to be honoured by you.

Once the guest has completed the booking, you’ll receive confirmation by email or fax.

You can also check the ‘Bookings’ tab in the extranet, where you can search by arrival or departure date, as well as the date the booking was made. You can also download the Pulse app to view your upcoming bookings.
