How do I report a no show?

It’s easy to let us know about a no-show, just take a look at the steps below:

1. Click on the ‘Reservations’ tab in the extranet and select the reservation.

2. Select ‘More details’ and click on ‘Mark as a no show’ on the right-hand side of the page. This will be saved as a cancellation. You and the guest will receive a confirmation email.

Important:

You should always let us know about any no-shows, so that you’re not charged commission for these bookings.
