How can I change facilities for a room or unit?

It’s important guests know what to expect when they arrive at your property.

If you want to check if your room information is up to date, here’s what you can do:

1.Click on the ‘Property Details’ tab in the extranet and select ‘Room amenities’.

2. For each room amenity, tick or untick the box to show whether it applies to ‘All rooms’ or just ‘Some rooms’. You’ll then be able to specify which rooms it applies to.

3. Click the ‘Save’ button when you’re done.
