Can I make changes to a reservation?

If a guest contacts you to change their booking, please advise them to do this via their confirmation email, or profile.

Guests can find this link in their confirmation email.

You can make changes to bookings, including date changes, via the ‘Reservations’ tab in the extranet:

Click on the reservation number and select an option from the menu on the right-hand side of the screen, under 'Update this reservation'.
