How can I get in touch with a guest?

If you need to get in touch with a guest, you can do this through the Reservations tab in the Extranet.

Just follow these steps:

1. Select date filters to help you find the booking.

2. Click on More details and you’ll be able to write a message under Guest communication.

3. Click Send to guest when you’re done.

Alternatively, you can send messages to guests via the Pulse app. Click here to download it
