How can I make changes to the settings of my property?

You can make the following changes to your property’s page by accessing the ‘Property details’ tab in the Extranet. Click on ‘Settings’ and you’ll be able to make changes to the following categories:

- Payment methods

- Cancellation options and fees

- Information you request at booking, for example address details and phone number

- The option to pre-load your availability for the next 18 months

- Genius Freebies’ (for example, offering priority late check-out, free parking or welcome drinks to frequent ‘Genius’ bookers). See more information on Genius here:


Remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
