What happens when I get a booking?

As soon as you’ve entered your availability in our system, your property will become bookable on Booking.com – and your guests can start making reservations.

When a customer makes a booking, it’s immediately confirmed in our system – so there’s no need for you to take any action to accept the booking. You’ll receive a notification with the guest’s card details, so that you can charge any deposits or guarantees that you may have set up in the system.

We’ll then send the guest a confirmation email, and your availability will be automatically updated in our system. If the guest has taken the only availability you’ve loaded in the system, then you’ll no longer be bookable on Booking.com.

If you need to contact your guest, you can do it via our system within a couple of clicks.
