Keep in mind that commission invoices are based on the departure date of your reservations during the previous month.
Changes and cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be updated in our system within 48 hours of the guest’s departure.
You can make these changes by following these steps:
- Log on to the Extranet and select Reservations.
- Click on the relevant reservation and select which options apply under Update this reservation, on the right-hand side of the page.
