How can I change the way I pay my invoices to

To check your current payment method, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your Extranet and click on the Finance tab, then select Financial Overview.
  2. You can check your payment method and banking details under Payment Information.
  3. If you need to make changes to this information, scroll down and click the blue button that says Send us a message, and select Invoices & Credit Control as the subject.
