I need to provide the guest with check-in information. How can I do this?

If you don’t have a front desk, or need to give the guest special check-in info, you can add this to The Fine Print section of your page. Just send us a text change request through the Inbox tab on the Extranet.

You can send the guest a message by clicking on the Reservations tab on the Extranet and the More details option. You can also give them a call.

It’s best to get in touch with the guest as quickly as you can. Closer to check-in, they might be traveling and have limited access to their emails and phone.
