I want to set up a deposit/prepayment. How can I do this?

If you don’t accept credit cards, you’ll need to contact the guest to set up payment to your bank account.

To keep this process as simple and as smooth as possible, it’s best to provide a deadline for payment and let the guest know about this.

If you do accept credit cards, you can charge a deposit or prepayment to the card the customer booked with. The amount should be the same as the amount stated in the booking conditions.

Always make sure your payment policies are up to date (you can check these in the Rates & Availability tab on the Extranet).

You can also add this info to The Fine Print section of your page. Just send us a text change request through the Inbox tab on the Extranet.
