Why should I offer free WiFi?

Free WiFi is increasingly expected by guests, and we’ve noticed this is a key factor in deciding where to stay.

To enable this opportunity, visit the Opportunity Center, find the opportunity, and then click on Take action.



If you don’t see this option in your Opportunity Center, just follow the steps below:

1. Log on to the Booking.com Extranet and select the Property details tab. Click on 'Facilities & services'.

2. In the Internet section, select the relevant options in the drop-down menu.

3. Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page.
