The score that shows on your page is an average of all the reviews shown at the time.
Which factors are involved?
Guests fill out a score (from 2.5 to 10, with 10 being the highest) for each of the categories listed below. Then we generate an average for the whole review based on these scores and divided by these six categories:
- Service and facilities
- Cleanliness of the room
- Value for money
(Please note that categories are subject to change.)
The guest is only asked to evaluate WiFi when it's available at the property.
