Can I make changes to a reservation?

If a guest contacts you to change their booking, you can recommend they do this through their confirmation email or Booking.com profile.

Guests can find the link for this in their confirmation email.

You can make changes to bookings, including date changes, through the Reservations tab on the Extranet:

Click on the reservation number and select an option from the menu on the right-hand side of the screen, under Change reservation dates.
